Nasturtium (Tropaeolum Majus nanum Night And Day mix) 30 seeds (#1838)

Nasturtium Night & Day is a composition of two varieties with contrasting colors of flowers: cream and chocolate.
Easy to grow plants grow up to 30-40 cm tall. Perfect for growing in hanging containers, balcony boxes, pots.
Grow in poor to average, slightly acidic, well-drained soils in full sun. Plants have some tolerance for dry soils.
Best performance occurs in cool summer areas. Some part afternoon shade is appreciated in hot summer areas where plants will be stressed by prolonged stretches of high temperatures.
Avoid fertilization which tends to increase foliage output but decrease flower production.
Approximately 30 seeds in 5g packet.

GERMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
Sow seeds indoors from April to May in trays of seed compost.
Sow thinly, cover with 10-15 mm of soil. Firm gently, keep moist.
Seedlings appear in 14-21 days.
Also can be sown directly in to prepared seed bed in flowering position after the last frost until the beginning of June.
Sow 2 seeds together with 30 cm between pairs. Cover lightly with 15 mm soil and keep moist till germination.
Germination in approximately 2 weeks.
