Black Eyed Susan is a rich flowering and fast growing climber, which grows up to 2-3 m in one season. Within this short time it turns fences and pergolas into green flowering walls. It is also suitable for hanging baskets, balconies as hanging plants.
A humus, rich and moist soil in a sunny and wind protected location is required.
Then the shoots are approximately 15 cm long, fix them on a wooden stick so that the plants do not grow into each other.
Regularly control growth as the twines are likely to spread onto neighboring plants.

Very easy to start from seed.
Start seed indoors, about 6 - 8 weeks before your last frost date, or direct seed outdoors after danger of frost.
Soak the seeds in water for a day or two, before planting.
Sow 2-4 seeds per 8 cm pot. Press on the surface, cover with clear plastic or glass. Keep moist.
