Sow indoors from February to March in trays of seed compost.
Sow thinly, cover with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Cover with glass, clear plastic or propagator lid.
Keep at +20-+25C. Seedlings appear in 10-20 days.
Remove cover then seedlings appear. Grow on at ~+15-+18C.
Transplant when large enough in to 10 cm individual pots. Transplant in to permanent position after the last frost 25-30 cm apart.
Remove dead flowers to prolong flowering. Keep moist and weed free.
