It has an excellent vase life too, looking good for 10 days if kept cool.
This also dries well, hung upside down for a few weeks.

Sow inside in pots from February to March in trays of seed compost. It will germinate better if you place seed pack in freezer for 1 week.
Sow thinly, cover with 5 mm of compost. Firm gently and keep moist.
Cover tray with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. +15-+20C. Remove cover then seedlings appear.
If SOWING OUTSIDE:
Sow from April to May or August to October in a prepared seed bed in flowering position.
Sow thinly in rows 45 cm apart. Cover lightly with 5 mm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Make 2-3 sowings for successive flowering.
