Godetia (Clarkia Amoena Azalea Double Mixed) 750 seeds (#793)
The clarkias are some of most beautiful flower plants.
An easy to grow mix of sumptuous double and semi-double blooms. A colorful addition to annual beds, borders and containers, blooms are also good for cutting.
Grows in seaside bluffs, open drying soils, at low to mid elevations. Amoena means "charming," an apt name for this plant.
A very ornamental plant. The flowers are very attractive to bees.
Succeeds in a sunny position in any good garden soil. If the soil is too rich the plants will produce lots of vegetative growth at the expense of flowers. Resents hot, humid continental summers.
